The restaurant reservation landscape is fragmented across five major booking platforms: Resy, OpenTable, Tock, SevenRooms, and DoorDash. A restaurant that shows zero availability on one platform might have tables open on another. Checking each one individually is time-consuming and easy to get wrong. Reserve Noir monitors all five simultaneously from a single subscription, so you never miss a table because you were looking in the wrong place.

Checking 187 restaurants manually across five platforms would take over three hours per day. Our system does it in seconds, around the clock, without interruption. Every restaurant in every city is checked on the same cycle, whether it is a Friday evening in peak season or a quiet Tuesday in January.

Drop window intelligence.

Every 5 minutes, our system checks all 187 restaurants for new availability. During known drop windows, we increase to every 2 minutes. This adaptive frequency means we are watching most aggressively at the exact moments when fresh tables appear.

We have mapped the exact drop schedules for over 31 restaurants. Carbone drops at 10 AM Eastern, 30 days out. Per Se releases the first of each month at 7 AM. Balthazar opens the entire following week at midnight on Saturdays. Tatiana drops at noon, 27 days ahead. Each restaurant has its own rhythm, and our system knows every one of them.

Members receive alerts within 5 minutes of a table opening — often before the restaurant's own waitlist notification goes out. Built-in platform notifications are batch-processed with delays of 15 to 30 minutes. By the time those alerts arrive, the table is already gone. Our alerts arrive while the table is still bookable.

Precision matching. No noise.

Alerts match your preferred party size, so you never receive a notification for a table that does not fit your group. A table for two at Carbone and a table for four are entirely different inventory. Our system understands this and only sends you availability that matches what you are actually looking for.

You can set alerts for specific restaurants, specific dates, or leave them open to catch any opening. When the system finds a match, it sends a single notification with the restaurant name, date, time, party size, and a direct booking link. One tap takes you straight to the reservation page. You book under your own name, on the original platform, with no intermediary.

This is not a concierge service, and it is not reservation resale. We never hold a table. We never book on your behalf. We simply watch for the opening and tell you about it the moment it appears. What you do with that information is up to you.
