Privacy Policy

What We Collect

When you subscribe to Reserve Noir, we collect and store:

• Telegram user ID and username — used to deliver alerts and manage your membership.
• Payment confirmation from Stripe — we receive a subscription status and customer ID. We never see or store your card number.
• Alert preferences — the restaurants, party sizes, and dates you set watches for, stored to deliver accurate alerts.
• City selections — which cities (NYC, Miami, LA, Chicago, SF, London) you have active for notifications.

What We Don't Collect

• We do not collect your email address (unless you contact us directly).
• We do not collect your real name.
• We do not collect your location or IP address.
• We do not track which booking links you tap beyond our own click-tracking for internal analytics.
• We do not store payment card details — Stripe handles all payment processing.

How We Use Your Data

• To deliver Telegram alerts when availability matches your preferences.
• To manage your subscription status and billing cycle.
• To improve the service — we review aggregate alert patterns to tune monitoring frequency.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

Click Tracking

Booking links in alerts are routed through our server before redirecting you to the restaurant's booking page. This lets us track aggregate click counts per restaurant for internal analytics. We log the restaurant name, timestamp, and your Telegram ID — no personal info is shared with the restaurant or any third party.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your membership is active. After cancellation and the end of your billing period, your alert preferences and city settings are removed. Aggregate analytics logs (no personal identifiers) may be retained indefinitely.

Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data.
• Telegram — message delivery. Telegram's privacy policy applies to all messages sent via their platform.
• Google Analytics — anonymous website traffic analytics on reservenoir.com only. Not used in the Telegram bot.

Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers. We do not expose Telegram user IDs or any personal information publicly. Access to the database is restricted to the service processes that require it to function.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us at support@reservenoir.com. We will remove your records within 7 days.
