1. Service Description

Reserve Noir is a reservation monitoring and alert service. We continuously check availability at a curated list of hard-to-book restaurants across NYC, Miami, LA, Chicago, San Francisco, and London and send real-time alerts via Telegram when a table matching your party size becomes available.

We do not make reservations on your behalf. Reserve Noir delivers the alert and a direct link to the restaurant's booking page; you complete the booking yourself.

2. Membership & Billing

• Membership is available in three tiers: Explorer ($9/month), Member ($25/month), and VIP ($49/month), each billed automatically via Stripe.
• All plans include a 7-day free trial. Your card is not charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.
• Your billing cycle begins on the date your free trial ends (day 8).
• Membership renews automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice sent via Telegram or email.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard, or by sending /unsubscribe to the Reserve Noir Telegram bot.

Upon cancellation, your membership remains active through the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive alerts until that date. No further charges will be made.

Access is not revoked immediately upon cancellation — you receive the full period you paid for.

4. Free Trial & Refund Policy

Every plan begins with a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to all features of your selected tier. Your payment method is authorized but not charged until day 8. Cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be billed.

After the trial period, membership is billed monthly. Because access continues immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds for partial months. However, you can cancel at any time and your access continues through the end of your current billing period.

If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from receiving alerts, contact us at support@reservenoir.com and we'll make it right.

5. Service Availability

We strive for continuous uptime, but we do not guarantee that every available reservation slot will be detected or that alerts will be delivered instantaneously. Restaurant booking systems may change in ways that affect our ability to monitor availability.

Reserve Noir is not responsible for missed reservations resulting from service interruptions, alert delivery delays, or changes to restaurant booking systems.

6. Membership Cap

Reserve Noir is capped at 500 active members. This limit exists to preserve alert quality and improve your odds of securing a table. We reserve the right to maintain this cap and may close signups at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not resell, share, or distribute your membership access or the alerts you receive. Automated interaction with the bot or any attempt to scrape or extract our restaurant data is prohibited.

8. Non-Affiliation

Reserve Noir is an independent alert service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any restaurant, hotel, or booking platform. Booking links direct you to the restaurant's own reservation page. You are responsible for complying with that platform's terms of service when completing your booking.

9. Privacy

We collect your name, email address, and payment confirmation from Stripe. For Telegram users, we also collect your Telegram user ID and username. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe; we do not store card details.

Alert logs (restaurant name, date, time slots) are retained for internal monitoring purposes only and are never shared publicly.

10. Limitation of Liability

Reserve Noir is provided “as is.” In no event shall Reserve Noir LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed dining reservations.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Reserve Noir after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be announced via Telegram.
